Returning goods and withdrawing from contract.

Unhappy with your purchase? The order failed to meet your expectations? Lehner gives you up to 14 days to return the ordered products.

How to make a return ?

  1.    Inform us about the willingness to return the purchased goods filling in the “Declaration of Withdrawal from the contract” form
  2.    Scan a completed and signed form and send it to:

Note:

Under the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from contract is waived in cases specified within (for instance in the case when the subject of an order is a non-prefabricated, custom-made item or aimed at satisfying a customer’s individualized needs).

  1.    In a reply, our Complaints Department will inform you where to send the goods together with the original copy of the Declaration of Withdrawal from contract and the proof of purchase (a receipt or an invoice) the shipment may not be send using COD.
  2.    You – as a consumer incur the costs of sending the goods back to the seller. 
  3.    In case of a successful withdrawal from contract we shall not only return the costs of purchasing the products, but also the costs of their delivery using the cheapest forms of deliveryincluded in the sale offer.
  4.    The equivalence of the product resulting from the resignation of purchase will be returned to you immediately after receiving the shipment using the same way of payment used during purchase, or to a customer specified bank account number.

Important:
